Finance Ministry and Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) said on Saturday they will pay dues owed by 26 budget units to private companies.Finance Ministry officials said in a press conference that the previous government owed 186 billion afghanis to private companies.According to officials, the sum includes guarantees, supplies and debts.Companies and investors have welcomed the government&s move, saying it would strengthen investment in the country.Earlier, the cabinet approved plan to pay dues to private companies.The post Finance Ministry, DAB to pay dues to private companies first appeared on Ariana News.
